My name is Alex Roessner and I am an interdisciplinary technology and operations leader with extensive experience in enterprise IT, web development, UX/UI design, multimedia production, and healthcare simulation within higher education and academia. My background has spanned technical leadership, systems administration, software and web development, instructional technology, and digital strategy, with a focus on improving user experience, operational efficiency, and educational outcomes. Combining a strong foundation in information systems with creative and technical expertise, I have led initiatives involving academic platforms, branding, multimedia content creation, simulation technologies, and cross-functional collaboration across clinical, educational, and IT environments.

I am an avid film enthusiast, photographer, coffee consumer, and all-around maker. I am a fan of technology, not a brand. Lawrence of Arabia is my favorite film, The Decemberists are my favorite band.
